Religious Heritage
The Church of São Mamede is located in the core of the village Todos Pontos de Interesseof Guide, presenting itself with a Baroque style architecture. The main façade is typically decorated in Baroque style, with few decorative elements, but all arranged in an axis. In the center stand out the coat of arms of Portugal, wrapped in shells and phytomorphic motifs. The ceiling of the main chapel is painted in trompe-l´oeil, representing a central medallion in which São Mamede, the patron saint, is represented. Classified as a Property of Public Interest since September 29, 1977.
