Historical Heritage
The cliffs and cliffs found there, of rare beauty, constitute the natural heritage and the visiting card of the village of Vieiro, birthplace of the painter Graça Morais, considered by many to be one of the greatest Portuguese painters of our time. There are traces of a Roman habitat there, in a place called S. Domingos. The Old Chapel of S. Tomé is also part of the heritage, baroque with the high altar from the 17th century. XVIII.
This village has a Center for Memory and Conviviality, with a room dedicated to Graça Morais.
