Cheese factory

Bornes cheese is produced at the Quinta Vila dos Reis cheese factory, a small artisanal sheep cheese dairy from Trás-os-Montes, produced exclusively with milk from our free-range herd, which results in a closed cycle with meticulously controlled steps, resulting in the production of a excellent cheese.

This cheese factory is located in Macedo de Cavaleiros and produces several varieties of cheese: natural sheep’s cheese, rosemary, oregano, spicy, spicy, extra spicy, rosemary with chilli, mixed sheep and cow cheese (natural and spicy) and cottage cheese.
