Gastronomic Festival – Macedo de Cavaleiros

Parallel to the Entrudo Chocalheiro programme, the Grelo Gastronomic Festival will once again take place between the 17th and 21st of February. In this edition, there are 22 participating restaurants.
There will certainly be no shortage of the traditional grilled alheira with potatoes and boiled turnip greens. But judging by the creativity that has been seen in previous years, you should find many alternatives to more traditional confection. Dare to discover.
